Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Dexlyy Voice. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Plans & billing
The Free plan includes up to 3,000 words per week at no cost. Paid plans (Pro, Ultra, Team) are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Dexlyy Voice to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or resell the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or threaten its integrity.
4. Your content
You own everything you dictate. We claim no rights over your transcripts. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process audio when you use cloud mode, solely to return your result.
5. Availability & changes
We work to keep Dexlyy Voice reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may update features, plans or these terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use means acceptance.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexlyy Voice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
